Columbus Caribbean Community Day
IS AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL!!

\\ ADMISSION

Admission is free for adults and children.

\\FESTIVAL TIMES

Columbus is 1pm-5pm 

Whitehall is 11am-6pm 

 

 

\\TRAVEL

The location for the Columbus Caribbean Day is Linden Community Center. 

The location for the Whitehall Caribbean Day is Kelley Green.

​

// SERVICE

There will be no local hotel shuttles to/from locations. 

 

\\PETS

Pets are allowed at The Columbus Caribbean Festival.

However, they must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet or you will be asked to leave the festival grounds. 

 

\\ATMS 

There will be no ATM's on site for The Columbus Caribbean Days.

However, all vendors accept both cash and major credit cards. We recommend using cashless options this year. 

 

 

\\PARKING 

There will parking lot and street parking for Columbus and Whitehall.

Parking is free.

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Attendees may enter the festival grounds using the festival gates. 

​

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Carry in alcohol beverages are prohibited. 

 

 

\\WEATHER

The Columbus Caribbean Day is a rain or shine event. 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Attendees are allowed to bring a chairs, and lawn chairs.

For security concerns, all bags will be searched and can be confiscated by the Police Department.

Please no picnic baskets or coolers.

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

  • The following are NOT PERMITTED on festival grounds:NO carry-in alcohol, NO glass bottles or any glass containers, NO unauthorized vending, handbills, petitioning or solicitation, NO grilling or cooking, NO camp fires, and NO illegal weapons, NO portable stereos, NO recording devices, NO laser pointers, NO mega phones, NO amplification of any kind.

  • Skateboards, hover boards, and all motorized vehicles are not permitted on festival grounds. Bicycles must be walked through the event and parked on the perimeter of festival grounds.

  • No person shall use any form of tobacco within the created zones in city parks and facilities including the restrooms, playgrounds, and spectator and concession areas.

  • No littering. Trash receptacles will be located throughout the event. Please recycle in provided bins located in all stage seating areas and at beverage locations. Glass is not permitted in recycling containers.
